Allcare Management Services is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager for Allcare Pharmacy on O'Connell Street in Dublin. This part-time, fixed-term role focuses on leading the front-of-counter team, maintaining high retail standards and executing SOPs.

You will drive category management, merchandising, stock control and cash handling, ensuring health and safety compliance and effective rostering to maximise profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Retail Pharmacy experience, with management experience preferable.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the sales team to deliver best-in-class front of counter operation.
• Manage the front of counter retail business and team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure shelving, merchandising, stock control and SOPs are followed.
• Oversee cash handling, receipts, safes and lodgements per company policy.
• Implement Department of Health schemes accurately and monthly reconciliation.
• Execute product promotions and support policy implementations by Allcare Management Services.
• Monitor customer service quality and opportunities to improve rostering and profitability.
• Lead by example to deliver professional customer service at all times.
