Responsabilités

• Lead the front-of-counter team to deliver best-in-class retail standards.
• Manage retail shop floor operations and sales targets.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and health and safety requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and staff coaching.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and operations to optimise rostering and profitability.
