Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics Ireland seeks a Retail Support and Merchandising Coordinator to strengthen relationships with Irish independent retailers and drive wholesale objectives aligned with annual plans.

You will work with CM/HOM, Marketing, and Operations to deliver stock, analyze performance, and develop trade marketing initiatives for designated accounts, with occasional national travel and an office-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to manage trade marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Irish independent wholesale/retail objectives and support plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, VM, Ops, HR and Field Sales to execute initiatives.
• Analyse stock, sales and forecast to ensure correct allocation to retailers.
• Prepare and co-ordinate strategy documents for quarterly and annual plans.
• Drive launch plans for new retailers and promotional events.
• Maintain the Retail Activity Calendar and communicate updates to Head Office.
