Job summary

ReAction seeks a Media Operations Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of retail media campaigns for a leading Irish grocery retailer. Based in Dublin with a hybrid model, you will coordinate with Sales, Client Management and partners to drive best‑in‑class delivery.

Qualifications

• Multiple years’ experience in retail media, shopper marketing or campaign delivery, including significant experience leading delivery at scale.
• Experience working within a Retail Media Network or delivering retail media formats across in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of retail media campaigns across physical and digital channels by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Sales Director and Client Management team to ensure a seamless handover between sales and delivery, with clear ownership of the commercial and delivery relationships.
• Own and evolve campaign processes and workflows for multi‑channel campaigns, identifying improvements and driving adoption across the team.
• Lead, mentor and develop our Campaign Management & Activations team, building a high‑performance, accountable delivery culture.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively resolving issues and keeping clients and stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of post‑campaign reporting, bringing experience and insights to how we present results and add value for clients.
• Work closely with our retail partner and printers on format innovation and the development of new media formats.
