Job summary

ReAction in Dublin (Sandyford) is seeking a Client Manager to oversee sales, planning and delivery of campaigns for a portfolio of brand clients within a leading grocery retailer’s Retail Media Network.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service, grow spend, and demonstrate value through proactive recommendations and post-campaign analysis. The role is hybrid with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in media sales or client account management.
• Strong commercial focus with a track record of achieving sales targets, forecasting revenue and managing budgets.
• Strong interest in retail media and a desire to grow your career in this fast-moving, high-impact area.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done.
• Experience working with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and campaign planning for your portfolio of clients across in-store and digital media touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with your clients and our retail partner.
• Proactively pitch incremental spend and cross-sell opportunities across your client portfolio.
• Prepare client proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the retail media offering and meet the brand’s objectives.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting and utilise findings to identify opportunities to drive growth for your clients.
• Collaborate with our Campaign Management team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
• Support wider retail media projects, contributing ideas, insight, and proactive recommendations as the network continues to grow.

We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team, working with one of Ireland’s leading grocery retailers on their growing Retail Media Network. You’ll help connect supplier brands with shoppers through impactful campaigns that drive real results in-store and online.

As part of ReAction’s Client Management team, you’ll oversee the sales, planning and delivery of campaigns for your portfolio of brand clients, across the retailer’s full suite of media channels. Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to supplier clients and our retail partner alike.

Key Responsibilities

Own the sales and campaign planning for your portfolio of clients across in-store and digital media touchpoints.

Build strong relationships with your clients and our retail partner.

The Person

3+ years’ experience in media sales or client account management, ideally with some retail media sales experience.

Strong commercial focus with a track record of achieving sales targets, forecasting revenue and managing budgets.

Strong interest in retail media and a desire to grow your career in this fast-moving, high-impact area.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done.

Experience working with creative teams.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.

Confident presenter with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
