Looking to grow your career in one of the most exciting and fast-evolving areas of marketing?

We’re looking for a Retail Media Client Manager to join our team, working with one of Ireland’s leading grocery retailers on their growing Retail Media Network. You’ll help connect supplier brands with shoppers through impactful campaigns that drive real results in-store and online.

As part of ReAction’s retail media team, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of campaigns across the retailer’s full suite of media channels. Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class service to supplier clients and our retail partner alike.

Key Responsibilities

Own campaign planning, coordination, and execution across in‑store and digital media touchpoints.

Build strong relationships with your portfolio of clients and our retail partner.

Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and post‑campaign reporting.

Prepare and manage key campaign materials and documentation to support smooth activation.

Collaborate with internal and external creative, production, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.

Support wider retail media projects, contributing ideas, insight, and proactive recommendations as the network continues to grow.

The Person

3+ years’ experience in client account management within a marketing or media agency, ideally with some retail media experience.

Strong commercial focus and confidence in forecasting revenue, achieving sales targets and managing budgets.

Strong interest in retail media and a desire to grow your career in this fast‑moving, high‑impact area.

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

Collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a “can do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done.

Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of design processes.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.

Confident presenter with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
