Avoca Kilmacanogue is seeking a passionate Retail Manager to lead our Kilmacanogue store, driving sales, service and brand presentation.

In this role you will recruit, coach and develop the store team, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with senior leadership on strategic commercial initiatives to deliver a premium customer experience.
