Avoca Malahide is hiring a Retail Assistant for a permanent full-time role, 40 hours/week, with an immediate start. You will deliver high standards of customer service, operate the POS system, replenish stock, and support sales targets while keeping the store orderly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standard of customer service including in person, phone and email.
• Operate POS system, scan items, take payments and manage queues.
• Replenish stock and ensure brand standards are met.
• Handle opening and closing duties as directed.
• Advise and serve customers, promote store cards and offers.
• Meet pre-determined sales targets and keep the store tidy.

The opportunity has arisen for a Retail Assistant to work in our Avoca Malahide. This role is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with an immediate start

Responsibilities

• A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person, via phone and email.
• Point of Sales system – scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner.
• Replenishing stock, ensuring the Retail offering is always in line with Avoca brand standards.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager.
• Advising & serving customers.
• Promoting store cards or special offers.
• Meet pre-determined sales targets.
• Making sure the store remains tidy.
