Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate II at our outlet store in Kildare, Ireland. You will deliver outstanding customer service, engage shoppers with product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding store standards and visual presentation.

You will handle POS transactions, stock movement, and loyalty enrollment, contributing to store profitability and customer experience. Prior retail experience is preferred, with flexibility to support keyholder duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a retail role or similar position.
• Ability to operate the POS and in-store computer systems; handle telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support designated keyholder duties including opening/closing store when needed.
