Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Kildare, Ireland, is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store running during shifts, including opening and closing when management is absent.

You’ll drive exceptional customer service, coach Stylists, maintain brand standards, and assist with deliveries and stockroom duties. This role offers growth opportunities in a purpose‑driven, inclusive brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail driving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Comfort with opening/closing procedures and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front.
• Motivate and guide Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opens/closes.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
