Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a proactive Keyholder to help bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor in Kildare, Ireland.

You’ll lead from the front, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing when management isn’t present. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach stylists, maintain visuals, assist with deliveries and stock, and drive KPIs and sales targets while upholding brand values and fostering an inclusive,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during key shift hours, including opening and closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exemplifying brand values.
• Motivate and coach Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Support deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
