Job summary

Barden | B Corp is hiring an IT Manager to own the retail IT environment across stores, offices, and eCommerce from Dublin. The role is hands-on at first (about 70%), progressing to strategic initiatives such as store openings, POS upgrades, and network improvements.

You will report to the CFO, manage one direct report, and coordinate with external MSPs while ensuring GDPR/PCI-DSS compliance and robust security across the platform. Travel to stores nationwide is involved.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT operations background in retail or multi-site environments.
• Experience with store/office/warehouse IT, security, and GDPR/PCI-DSS compliance.
• Practical knowledge of retail platforms including POS, MS Dynamics Business Central, and e‑commerce stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own IT across stores, office, warehouse, and eCommerce platforms.
• Lead day-to-day operations, incident response, and vendor/MSP management.
• Drive store openings, network upgrades, and POS/infrastructure projects.
• Maintain security/compliance across the environment.
