Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Head of Operations to design and own the group’s operating model, systems, processes and controls. You will sit on the senior leadership team, collaborating with the CEO and finance leads, and lead the operational integration of acquisitions with a consistent methodology.

This hands-on role focuses on building infrastructure to enable growth, expanding service lines, and ensuring scalable operations as the business expands across Cork HQ and national footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated, professional services environment.
• Ability to direct and guide the leadership team on best in class operations.
• Experience of M&A integration across systems, people, and process.
• Someone who builds and improves rather than maintains.
• Strong working knowledge of IT and ERP platforms, and of managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the group's operating model, its systems, processes and controls.
• Shape the operating model as the business grows.
• Sit on the senior leadership team and work with the CEO and finance leads.
• Lead the operational side of each acquisition and bring new businesses into the group.
• Provide business insights to the commercial team and ensure acquisitions join with a consistent methodology.
