Job summary

Standout Field Marketing is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow Danone brands across South Dublin, Bray, Wicklow and surrounding areas, focusing on in-store visibility and retailer relationships. You will merchandise, negotiate displays, and drive distribution with daily travel and occasional overnight stays.

The role is permanent full-time, with salary up to €31,000 including bonus, car and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based sales role in convenience/independents.
• Confident in building relationships with retailers.
• Full Irish driving licence with <=6 points.

Territory Covers: South Dublin, Bray, Wicklow & Surrounding areas.

Contract: Permanent, full time position

Salary up to €31,000 per annum including a performance related bonus, company car and fuel card.

Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing visibility and driving distribution of Danone’s leading brands across convenience and independent retailers in your territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products and ensuring strong in-store presence
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers
• Negotiating and promoting incremental displays
• Actively increasing sales and distribution of Danone products

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within convenience, independents, or impulse environments
• A motivated self-starter, confident in building new relationships
• Passion for Danone’s brands, products, and sustainability values
• Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans)
• Comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnights
• Ability to undertake manual handling/heavy lifting
