JD Sports is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor, support colleagues across shifts, and uphold high service and presentation standards with the brand. You will assist with daily operations and store performance, reporting to Store Management.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills capable of guiding and supporting colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards in service and store operations.
• Interest in retail trends and promoting company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
