Job summary

JDSports in Letterkenny is seeking a confident Supervisor to help run the shop floor, deliver outstanding service, and support colleagues across shifts. You will assist with opening and closing, till operations, and maintaining visual standards to reflect the brand’s image.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and consistent performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills enabling guidance and support on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Interest in retail with solid product and trend awareness and ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
