Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited in Drogheda is hiring a permanent full-time Retail Associate. The role runs 37.5 hours per week with a salary range of €30,050.00–€32,280.00 and additional generous sales commissions.

You will deliver friendly service, match customer needs to products, and work toward store targets alongside a supportive team, while upholding Three's customer-focused values and store standards. Evening/weekend flexibility is preferred.

Salary Range: €30,050.00 - 32,280.00

€15.41 per hour, plus generous individual sales commission (OTE)

Permanent Full Time role (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

Be Customer Focused

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right products and services.
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Promote customer self‑service through the My3 app using a “show, not do” approach.

Be Brave

• Drive sales by actively presenting solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work towards personal and store targets with energy and a positive attitude.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes or ways of working and share your ideas.
• Take on additional responsibilities where needed (e.g., cash management, mentoring, admin).

Be One Team

• Support and motivate teammates to succeed collectively.
• Share best practices and celebrate team wins.
• Collaborate with wider teams such as Customer Care, Business, and Credit to solve customer queries efficiently.

Be Kind

• Maintain high store standards through replenishment, clean displays, and attention to detail.
• Follow Data Protection and RLP processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
