Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is seeking aRetail Associate in Ireland to deliver friendly, proactive customer service and actively drive sales. You will match customer needs with products, promote self-service via the My3 app, and contribute to a positive store environment.

The role offers a competitive salary with commission, 25 days annual leave, a smartphone employee plan, pension and life assurance, and ongoing learning opportunities. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.
• Understand customer needs and match them to the right products and services.
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Promote customer self-service through the My3 app using a “show, not do” approach.
• Drive sales by actively presenting solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Work towards personal and store targets with energy and a positive attitude.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes or ways of working and share your ideas.
• Take on additional responsibilities where needed (e.g., cash management, mentoring, admin).
• Support and motivate teammates to succeed collectively.
• Share best practices and celebrate team wins.
• Collaborate with wider teams such as Customer Care, Business, and Credit to solve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain high store standards through replenishment, clean displays, and attention to detail.
• Follow Data Protection and RLP processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Help create a welcoming, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Salary Range: €30,050.00 - 32,280.00

€15.41 per hour, plus generous individual sales commission (OTE)

Permanent Full Time role (37.5 hours per week)
