Job summary

Carraig Donn in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a busy department at Jervis Shopping Centre. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends, guiding staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit KPIs.

You will support the Store Manager with planning, stock control, and merchandising while upholding Carraig Donn’s values and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is essential.
• Experience with Giftware/Fashion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Support Store Manager with weekly team rotas to ensure coverage within budgeted hours.
• Drive operational excellence including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Adhere to company policies and support Store Manager in delivering them.
