Carraig Donn is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Jervis S/C, Dublin store. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends. You’ll lead a high-energy team, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is essential.
• Experience with Giftware or Fashion is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with weekly team rotas and coverage within budgeted hours.
• Drive operational excellence including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Adhere to company policies and support Store Manager in delivery of procedures.
• Coordinate merchandising campaigns, promotions, and back-office duties with proactive timing.
• Coach and develop staff to meet objectives and embody Carraig Donn values.
• Previous retail management experience is essential and valuable for this role.
