Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Performance by meeting/exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data to create actionable strategies for the team.
• Lead Marketing & Visual Merchandising campaigns and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Coach and develop staff to improve sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Maintain store policies, compliance, and a secure environment.
• Monitor inventory, conduct counts, and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Oversee closing procedures and prepare the store for the next day.
• Handle administrative tasks, including schedules and records, and assist with HR onboarding.
