Aran Sweater Market is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Dublin Store. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, achieve sales goals, and uphold the exceptional standards our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a variety of important duties, including:

• Driving Sales & Performance
• Partnering with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Analyzing sales data to create actionable strategies that motivate the team to achieve results.
• Marketing & Visual Merchandising
• Executing marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Creating attractive displays to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Building a positive and motivated team culture focused on achieving consistent results.
• Compliance & Store Standards
• Ensuring adherence to store policies and addressing any concerns in collaboration with senior management.
• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment by implementing loss prevention measures.
• Inventory Management
• Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock discrepancies.
• Collaborating with management to resolve inventory challenges promptly.
• Store Security & Closing Procedures
• Securing the store at the end of the day, including locking up, setting alarms, and conducting safety checks.
• Preparing the store for the next business day to ensure smooth operations.
• Administrative Tasks
• Managing accurate records of sales, inventory, schedules, and employee details.
• Assisting with HR responsibilities, such as onboarding new team members
