Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a supervisor or management role.
• Experience in fashion or home and gift industry preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Promote sales while controlling costs to maximise profitability and achieve gross margin.
• Uphold company procedures, health & safety, and store standards.
• Manage till operations, cash handling, and daily store activities.
• Support recruitment, training and development of team members.
