Job summary

Nike Kildare is looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our NIKE, Inc. team. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a premium customer experience and using product knowledge to inspire shoppers.

The role requires weekend and weekday availability, 20 hours per week, with training and opportunities for growth. Nike offers discounts, a monthly bonus potential, and a supportive, inclusive environment that values creativity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or retail settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and deliver a premium NIKE brand experience on the sales floor.
• Support store leads and coaches in training new team members.
• Operate the cash register and assist with stock management and stockroom duties.
• Maintain visual displays and ensure products are replenished on the floor.
• Educate customers about NIKE products and services to drive sales.
• Bridge online and offline shopping experiences to enhance customer journeys.

Nike Kildare Is Looking For The Next Part-Time Retail Assistantto Join Our Team And Provide World-classservice To The Consumer

20hr contract, fully flexible over 7 days of the week.

What You Bring

• Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge for digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
