Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant in Tallaght. You will help customers with sizes, styles and purchases, keep shelves stocked and the shop floor appealing, and ensure fast, friendly service at tills. Flexibility for 15-19 hour weeks and alignment with Sunday premiums is required.

You should be passionate about fashion, a good communicator, organised, and a proactive team player. Prior retail experience is a plus, and opportunities to progress internationally are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an amazing in-store experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Maintain an attractive shop floor, tidy fitting rooms and organised stockroom.
• Process transactions efficiently at till points and handle queries and returns.
• Receive, unpack deliveries and price check items to ensure high standards.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
