Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ireland is hiring a Retail Assistant for the Christmas period. You will assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases and returns, and help maintain a well-presented store. The role includes till duties, stockroom upkeep and handling deliveries with pricing checks.

Shift patterns include 2:45pm–6:45pm Mon-Wed, 5:00pm–9:00pm Thu-Fri, plus full availability on Sat/Sun; a chance to progress and enjoy staff discounts and pension benefits.

This is a temporary fixed-Purpose contract for the Christmas trading period. We are looking for candidates with flexibility to work the following shifts: Monday to Wednesday from 2:45pm to 6:45pm, Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, and full availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom
• Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards
