Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a finance team in Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow. Based in a retail-focused environment, you will ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise AP operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with procurement and IT to optimize systems, automation, and reporting for cash flow and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day AP operations and ensure timely processing.
• Oversee AP reconciliations and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Ensure tax compliance and alignment with policies.
• Lead and develop the AP team.
• Support month-end and year-end closings for AP.
• Drive process improvements and automation with IT.
