You will oversee process improvements, work with IT on ERP/BI tools and manage a fast-paced AP environment within retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Retail industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations and ensure timely/invoice processing.
• Oversee reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, standards and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor and develop the AP team; manage workload and priorities.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory and IT to streamline processes.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and AP reporting.
