CPAC Modular is seeking a diligent AP Specialist to join our finance team in Dunshaughlin, Ireland. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage accounts payable tasks, liaise with vendors, and maintain essential supplier relationships.

The role combines four days on site with one flexible WFH day, supporting accurate posting, reconciliations, and timely payments. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in AP, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to meet monthly

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' accounts payable experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Accounts Payable process including the accurate posting and data entry of invoices in line with approved guidelines.
  • Managing AP mailbox daily.
  • Setting up supplier accounts on system and verifying bank details by ringing suppliers to provide independent confirmation.
  • Performing Suppliers account reconciliation and dealing with all supplier queries.
  • Effective communication with all departments within the company to ensure that all invoices are approved for payment and any issues resolved.
  • Manage all supplier payments, via ETF and ensuring they are made on time and correctly allocated, including RCT submissions.
  • Assist in the annual audit and deal with any relevant audit queries.
  • Providing cover for other Finance team members as required.
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required.

Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and energetic AP Specialist to join our finance department.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role involves managing the accounts payable processes, liaising with vendors, partners and suppliers to ensure essential relationships to the business are maintained. This role will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, to think contextually, and is methodical and meticulous in their duties.

This role is based 4 days on site in our Dunshaughlin headquarters with working from home available at employees discretion on Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities:
