Maneki is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager in Dublin 2 to work with the General Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will uphold high standards of food, drink and service, support staff development, and drive profitability.

You will lead shifts, maintain staffing levels, and mentor front‑of‑house staff while ensuring health, hygiene and safety compliance. Ireland work eligibility is required, and benefits include tips and staff discounts.

Formación

• Hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and organised.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards preferred.
• Legal permission to work in Ireland.
