Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for our brand new gastro pub team in Longford. You will oversee shift operations, lead a motivated crew, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will manage staffing, drive sales targets, and ensure compliance with our service standards. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a comprehensive rewards package and career development opportunities.

We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our brand new team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
• Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
• Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
