Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead a brand new team and ensure shifts run smoothly to the highest standards. You will oversee daily shift operations, motivate the team, deliver guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing training.

This full-time role is based at Longford Forest with a competitive salary of around €33,700 per year plus tips, and offers development opportunities within our hospitality division and a collaborative, friendly

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
