Job summary

Center Parcs Ltd, Longford Forest, is seeking a Guest Services Shift Manager to lead the daily operations of the Guest Services team and ensure exceptional care for guests during breaks.

You will coordinate arrivals, resolve guest issues promptly and coach the team while maintaining our service standards across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours in a 4-week period.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in resolving escalated guest complaints with professionalism.
• Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in computer literacy and highly organized.
• Approachable and effective at building relationships across all levels.
