Job summary

Gourmet Food Parlour in Santry seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop the team. Fluent English is required, and you will drive customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and KPI targets.

You will manage stock, scheduling, and compliance, coordinating with operations and reservations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and uphold HACCP and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a managerial role in the Hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of working towards KPIs and managing a team
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
