Job summary

Donegal Golf Club is recruiting a Restaurant and Bar Assistant to handle front-line customer service in a busy club restaurant. The role splits between table service and bartending, requiring a proactive, clean, and customer-focused approach.

You will work on weekdays, with some weekend shifts, and must have previous experience. The position offers part-time hours and on-site parking at Murvagh.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact customer interaction in the restaurant and bar.
• Deliver table service of food and drinks and assist bartending.
• Operate till and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
• Restock shelves and change kegs as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen for food and drink orders.
• Complete closing duties and balance tills.
