• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Childcare or SNA (Major Award).
• Good teamwork and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work with children and adults with disabilities in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality person-centred care to children and adults using our services.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities.
• Foster a warm, safe and supportive environment for residents and families.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and safety is prioritised.
• Collaborate with the team to implement individual support plans.
