Activ8 Solar Energies is seeking a qualified Electrician to install and commission domestic Solar PV systems from our Cashel location, Co. Tipperary. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary, bonus, pension, healthcare and additional benefits.

You will install solar panels, conduct electrical tests, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. 3+ years domestic experience and a valid driver's licence are preferred; live within a commutable distance of Cashel.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with 3+ years domestic experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Cashel.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and electrical components according to Safe electric specifications and SEAI code of practice.
• Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.
• Test and verify system performance using specialised equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their solar systems.
• Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
