Qualifications

• Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU.
• Have a Schedule 3 qualification or comparable qualification recognised by CORU.
• Provide proof of Statutory Registration before a contract of employment can be issued.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disability and autism in a high-support setting.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet service needs.
• Collaborate with people supported, families and staff to align with ethos and vision.
• Maintain clear, open communication across the team.
