Cpl Healthcare in Wicklow is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide person-centred support within Residential Services, promoting independence and wellbeing as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will help individuals achieve personal goals and participate in their communities while maintaining high standards of care.

The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training for professional growth, with a focus on autistic individuals and those with complex support

Qualifications

• Must have QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• CORU registration or active CORU registration in progress.
• Valid working rights for Ireland.
• Minimum six months’ experience with complex needs in social care.
