Health Service Executive invites applications for a Social Care Worker role supporting individuals with autism in Ashford, Co. Wicklow.

The successful candidate will work as part of a public service team, providing person-centred care under specified PCPs and care plans. Applicants must have CORU registration or be in progress with CORU and hold a QQI level 7 award or equivalent, with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Formación

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to social care is essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and develop care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to people with autism in line with PCP and care plans.
• Develop, implement and review PCPs and care plans.
• Deliver care with a person-centred approach, focusing on individual needs.
• Demonstrate understanding of the rights and needs of individuals with autism.
