We are seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care in a home-like environment where residents stay connected to family and community.

Qualificações

• Qualification at NFQ Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or related discipline with disability modules.
• Experience in residential, respite or day service settings with people with intellectual disability.
• CORU Registration as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care in residential settings.
• Support daily living activities and activities to promote social engagement.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and review care.
