Job summary
Careeriser-Limited, on behalf of a leading residential developer in Dublin, seeks a General Foreman/Site Manager to lead on-site health and safety, coordinate subcontractors, and manage quality across foundations through to finishes.
You will monitor the delivery programme, lead daily coordination meetings, control site logistics and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering a best-in-class customer service culture and promoting the brand across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Residential construction experience in Ireland essential.
- Experience managing subcontractors, onsite teams and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage health and safety on site, ensuring compliance.
- Oversee delivery programme and provide weekly updates.
- Coordinate daily meetings and site logistics.
- Maintain quality standards through inspections.
- Direct subcontractors and groundworks teams to meet schedule.
- Control movement of labour, machinery and materials on site.
- Oversee works from foundations to finishes including paving and landscaping.
- Record site labour and material usage; support waste management reporting.
- Engage stakeholders and promote high standards for the brand.
