Corlann in Limerick City seeks a Permanent Full Time Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Residential Services for Adults with Intellectual Disability, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and delivering personalised supports.

You will supervise staff, develop service plans, and work evenings/weekends; a Level 7 qualification with relevant registration and at least 3 years' health/social care experience is required; driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Qualificações

• Day to day management of Residential Services for Adults with Intellectual Disability in Limerick City in line with HIQA Regulation.
• Maintain and further develop a personalised range of residential supports meeting current and emerging needs.
• Possess a Level 7 third level qualification with regulator registration as appropriate.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Health/Social Care sector.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage and supervise staff.
• Understanding of Personal Lifestyle Planning and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent IT, administration, report writing and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Be able to work evenings and weekend shifts and be on call as required.
• Be prepared to assume the role of Person in Charge after three years of management experience.
