Job summary

Corlann invites applications for a Senior Community Facilitator/Day Service Coordinator role based in Limerick City & County. You will manage day services for adults with intellectual disability, ensuring HIQA standards are met and a personalised range of supports is delivered.

The role requires a Level 7 qualification or higher, minimum 3 years’ experience in intellectual disability settings, strong communication skills, staff supervision, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least a Level 7 qualification with registration with the regulator.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of New Directions Standards.
• Ability to supervise staff and work as part of a team.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Day Services for adults with ID in Limerick City.
• Develop and deliver personalised supports.
• Monitor and ensure HIQA compliance.
• Lead, supervise and support staff.
• Maintain high-quality administrative and reporting duties.
