Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, office-based role in Stillorgan to support a growing residential developer.

You will oversee the sales lifecycle from start to finish, maintain the sales pipeline, liaise with purchasers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams, and ensure CRM records and reports are kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer in sales, operations or administrative functions is preferred.
• Excellent organisation and ability to follow processes.
• Ability to manage the residential sales lifecycle and support multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales process from start to finish.
• Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to progress sales.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts and purchaser records.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.
• Track sales performance, forecasts and completions for senior management.
• Coordinate property handovers with construction and customer care teams.
• Support the delivery of sales and marketing initiatives across developments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and office efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and senior management.
