Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
• PSRA licensed.
• Full Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 240 residential properties, ensuring high standards of service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance and tenant communications.
