Job summary

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland seeks a compassionate Residential Rehabilitation Assistant for Elm House, Prosperous, Co. Kildare. You will support adults with acquired brain injury to live more independently, building daily living skills within a safe, person-centred environment.

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Rehabilitation Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Elm House, Prosperous, Co. Kildare Service, where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a Residential Rehabilitation Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting adults with an acquired brain injury to live with greater independence, confidence, and autonomy. Working as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will help persons served build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and work toward their personal rehabilitation goals. This role is a hands-on, varied, and deeply rewarding – every day you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive, person-centred environment where individuals are empowered to make choices and participate fully in their community.

The contracts available are:

  • Fixed Term, Part-time, 19.5 hours
  • Specified Prupose, Full-time, 39 hours

The salary range will be 31,550 - 45,381 depending on experience. This will be pro-rated based on working 39 hours.

Must Haves
  • Relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a QQI Level 5 or higher
