Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong background delivering residential construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage the project from design phase through to final handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme schedules.
• Report on project performance and key milestones.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
