Job summary

Conack-Construction in Cork city is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a residential project. You will own site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors to deliver a high-quality project safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in site management, with groundsworks, RC frame and precast concrete expertise, and a strong knowledge of Ireland health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role or similar.
• Experience with groundsworks, RC frame, precast concrete is essential.
• Strong background in construction site management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and programme schedules.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
