Job summary

ProSource Group in Ireland seeks a Delivery & Coordination Manager to own programme discipline across live residential projects, ensuring clear accountability for dates, information release and action close-out. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and design teams, with delegated authority from Directors on programme management and information deadlines.

The role focuses on leadership of delivery operations, aligning internal teams and maintaining rigorous follow-up through RFIs,

Qualifications

Five years’ experience delivering multi-unit residential projects in Ireland, consultancy- or client-side.
Knowledge of BCAR, Stage 4+ information requirements, MMC/precast delivery and Revit workflows.
Strong programme-management, communication and follow-up skills; able to challenge senior colleagues and external consultants when required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project programmes covering scope, resources, milestones, dependencies and information release dates.
Lead daily team stand-ups and weekly cross-project meetings with project leads.
Manage a single register for follow-ups, reviews and actions from meetings, inspections, RFIs and client correspondence.
Drive daily follow-up through to closure with clear ownership and status.
Track information owed to the practice by clients, contractors and consultants and ensure internal deliverables are met.
Identify and mitigate critical-path risks including approvals, information, and MMC/precast milestones.
Provide weekly reporting to Directors on programme performance, open actions, risks and delays.
Uphold operating procedures and address recurring process weaknesses.
